Returns Policy : The Simple Guide in black and white.

You have 14 days to return anything you are not happy with which you have bought from the Dans La Maison website.

These are your options thereafter:

i. Full Refund – We will refund monies as they came in. So, if you paid by cheque we will send you a cheque when refunding, if you pay by PayPal we will refund to your PayPal account. The buyer is responsible for the return of the goods and will be refunded for the item amount excluding all postage and packaging.

ii. Exchange – You can make a straight exchange. The buyer is responsible for the secure return of the goods and can choose another item up to the same value of the retuned item(s).

iii. Damaged Goods – Should your purchases arrive damaged they should be returned to Dans La Maison in the packaging in which they came and we (DLM) will operate the same options as stated above (i & ii).

iv. All damaged goods should be reported as being so to DLM on the same day it/they arrive(s), any later than the same day and DLM are not under obligation to offer replacements. We advise also that you check the items as soon as they arrive and if the packaging is damaged, open it in front of the delivery driver/courier and state on the delivery receipt as damaged.

v. Postage and Packaging - costs will be refunded if the item is being sent back to DLM due to damage. All postage costs are for UK delivery only. Delivery to non UK destinations can be accommodated but call first for costing. Thanks for taking the time to read the returns policy, we are here to help and will endeavour where ever we can.
